It is important to keep OS and installed software updated. Sometime updates come with feature enhancements, security fixes, bug fixes, and performance optimisations. So frequent updates keep system healthy.

This is a script I wrote to automate daily update of Homebrew. It should be executed on hourly basis using Cron.
